STORE POLICY

RETURNS:

  • Items can be retuned for STORE CREDIT on the value of the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit amount.
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an order. Please email us to start the return process.
  • If an item is returned to Secondtakestudios due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible to pay the shipping fee again to re-send the order. 

DELIVERY ISSUES:

  • If an item is sent back for any reason (refusal to pay duties and import fees, incorrect address, not home for delivery) you will not be provided a refund.

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 1 hour. If within 1 hours buyer will be refunded their order minus 2% restocking fee.
