STORE POLICY

  • Items can be retuned for STORE CREDIT on the value of the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping
  • If an item is returned to Secondtakestudios due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible to pay the shipping fee again to re-send the order. 
  • If an item is sent back for any reason (refusal to pay duties and import fees, incorrect address, not home for delivery) you will not be provided a refund.
